Northern Area
The area located at Chestnut Ridge is located about 6.5 miles north of Shawville.
The original topo depicts a 2400+ foot contour at the top of the ridge, with a spot elevation of 2405 feet. The LiDAR DEM matches up fairly closely to the original contours, and comes up with a value of 2397.7 feet as the highest elevation. The slopes of the hill are relatively steep, but the top of the ridge appears quite flat.

New Area (not a candidate)
This area is located just to the east of the southern area (Bloom Road) listed below. It is not a candidate for the highest point in the county, but it achieves an elevation similar to the other points. It is included here for purposes of completeness of the analysis.
The original topo depicts a very large area of 2380+ feet, with a spot elevation on the southern point of 2398 feet. The LiDAR DEM provides for similar looking features, with the northern section of the contour being the highest. According to the LiDAR data, the northern section of the original contour reaches a height of 2393.4 feet, while the southern section of the original contour reaches a height of around 2390 feet. There is a radar tower situated on the top of the southern point.

Southern Area
The "Bloom Road" area is located about seven miles west-northwest of Clearfield.
The original topo indicates a small area of 2400+ feet, located south of where Bloom Road bends. The LiDAR DEM also depicts this high point similarly, with nearly identical 2380 foot contours provided by both sources. The highest elevation for this hill is given as 2397.7 feet, with the highest ground located a little bit to the east-southeast of a nearby radio tower. As with the Chestnut Ridge point, the ground at the top of the hill is fairly flat.
The difference in elevation between this point and Chestnut Ridge, according to the LiDAR data, is one tenth of a foot. Certainly, both points will need to be visited, and no changes are recommended for Clearfield County.
