This Franklin stick was used by Matt Elich while playing for the Detroit Vipers. He used the stick in the 00-01 season.
I received this stick personally from Matt on the night of the final Vipers game -- April 14, 2001. Matt had been one of my favorite players on the Vipers that year, and I asked if I could get one of his sticks for my collection. He said sure, and gave one to me. I ran into him again a few minutes later -- this time, I came with a marker. I had him sign the stick near the blade. It's been up on my wall ever since.
